Not so fantastic plastic

Tomorrow will see the introduction of a 5p charge for all single-use carrier bags in Wales. An initiative aimed at cutting down waste. The levy is expected to raise £2.6 Million each year which retailers would be required to hand over to charities. I noticed M&S mention that 4p from every bag will be donated. [...]
